In regards to the session below, when searching in Global Search, does AI Search for Next Experience need to be installed and configured or is NowAssist available in Global Search without AI Search for Next Experience?

Hi @LM123 ,
To answer your question, it depends on how old your instance is. AI Search for Next Experience is available out of the box on new instances, but requires a plugin on older ones.
Now Assist in AI Search is available in Global Search (assuming AI Search in enabled there) in VP2+.
Now Assist in Virtual Agent Academy coming next Tuesday!

I want to add the AI academy option in the portal comments, not only in the portal, can use in other areas also inc, change
example: if any user raises a new incident, some auto comments should be added when clicking on Ai Academy as shown in the attachment,
From there we can use the comments
